1. Read the 2011 Kid's Camp Flyer. Complete registration and medical forms. By signing the form, you give permission for your child to participate in all camp activities.

3. Pay remaining amount upon arrival at camp. Total Cost: $125.00 (all inclusive-including snacks, activities, and camp t-shirt)
